Our vision has patients and co production at its heart and the report details our growth in workforce, access, new specialist pathways and new partnerships which have been fundamental to where we are today. We need to create new and varied career paths in mental health care, giving people more scope to move between sectors and settings. we need to place equal value on work in local government, the voluntary and community sectors, and independent providers, to that in the nhs.
