Ocsdnet Conceptual Framework Ocsdnet This integrated framework will serve as a “theory of change” (toc) that guides the design and development of the network and subsequent development of an evaluation framework for the sub projects and overall effectiveness of the network. (ocsdnet conceptual framework) the open and collaborative science in development network (ocsdnet) is composed of twelve researcher practitioner teams from the global south interested in understanding the role of openness and collaboration in science as a transformative tool for development thinking and practice.
Iad Framework Ocsdnet Concept note submissions may incorporate both theoretical work and practical implementation relating to the conceptual framework (see section 9 for more details), and should clearly factor in development related outcomes. In this paper, we provide the rationale and principles underlying ocsdnet, the conceptual and methodological frameworks guiding the research, and preliminary findings from the network's twelve globally diverse research projects.
