We are thrilled to announce that three exceptional young lions jazz conservatory students have been selected to join two of the most prestigious high school jazz ensembles in the united states as part of the next generation jazz education program, presented by the monterey jazz festival and supported by kaiser permanente. Nextnotes is a national program designed to nurture the next generation of creative voices in music inclusive of all styles. the talented young artists convene as a cohort and receive mentorship, scholarship funds, and recognition through a national awards ceremony.
