NewPipe for Desktop : r/NewPipe - Reddit. there's Freetube and invidious (freetube uses it as a fallback) or you could use either bluestacks or windows 11's built in android subsystem to run newpipe. Flex doesn't support sideloading apks, so you'd be limited to Piped or Invidious, unless you were to install linux on it.
