Network Disk Usage Bursts General Support Unraid
Network Disk Usage Bursts General Support Unraid I am moving files between disk shares from a windows 10 vm with the virtio drivers installed. the network activity seems to burst in an even manner, and the disk write also seems to do it but not in time with each other. has unraid recently (the last few months) changed how it writes to the disk?. Seeing the issue every 16 seconds at 80mb s, considering it would transfer cache to disk while doing so, it looks like your ssd might have 1gb of cache, and that would generally line up with a 1tb disk (if there is an issue with the ssd cache and follows what i found generally accepted).
Unraid Gui Showing Incorrect Disk Usage General Support Unraid How unraid splits data across drives is controlled by the combination of the allocation method, split level and minimum free space settings for the share. you might want to read up on how these work and decide if you have the correct settings for the way you want things to work. Hi, i'm having slow bursty speeds trying to read from my unraid server on my mac, and am not sure where to start to diagnose the issue. as you can see from the mac throughput graph, it bursts between 1 2mb s to 72ish mb s continuously. My disk usage is not adding up and i cant seem to figure out the issue. all the data on the array does not add up to what it says i'm using. this is running 7.1.4 with the disks in zfs format. thanks. I'm hoping for some help with an issue that i've been having for several years now! 1 4 times a day seemingly at random times disk usage spikes to 100% for no apparent reason.

Hey guys, this is the second time this has happened. the first time, i shrugged it off as an anomaly maybe a rogue process or docker i forgot to turn off. however, this time, i have nothing out of the ordinary running. i woke up this morning to find notifications on my unraid web ui saying: unr. I've got a few large files i was using as testing. as i send them to either (windows copy, to unraid host) of the zfs destinations (array or pool) it screams along at 280 mb s, until i get 4 5gb complete (of 8.0 gb file), then it drops off to 0.
