The objective of the mcrp is to improve food security and livelihoods resilience of vulnerable populations in selected areas of myanmar. this environmental and social management framework (esmf) covers the interventions supported by the project that will be implemented by wfp. Ongoing conflict in myanmar has resulted in a lack of educational opportunities for over 4 million children.
