I followed watchuseek forum advice and bought this watch in december to be part of my 3 watch mid range collection (along with the seiko sarx055 and the squale). I've been looking to purchase my first sinn, but many i see on the secondhand market have had a third party service at some point, i'm debating how much to care about them not having the inert gas.

My Collection Watchuseek Watch Forums I followed watchuseek forum advice and bought this watch in december to be part of my 3 watch mid range collection (along with the seiko sarx055 and the squale). I've been looking to purchase my first sinn, but many i see on the secondhand market have had a third party service at some point, i'm debating how much to care about them not having the inert gas. A typical problem that i have recurrently with my collection is that none of my watches jumps out to me sufficiently to pull me in for the day. a nice wide effect of this is that i'm perfectly happy to wear the sand watch multiple days and in fact, i may prefer it that way. I went through a few consolidations of less to more expensive watches. i'm now at a sweet spot of 8 watches collected over a period of years. i think you'll find that you'll eventually rebuild a collection of mostly aspirational pieces, but it will just take longer to get there. My collection is in flux, at the moment. i might have topped out at 30 watches, but i've been on a major purge, with 10 watches sold over the past couple of weeks. all the easy stuff is gone or up for sale. next step will be some harder choices, but i would like to get back down to a dozen or so. I'm not exactly going to play by the rules! here is my vintage collection minus a tissot navigator. (i'll post a picture anyways because i love it) the third picture is my modern collection.
