The multi omics boot camp is a three day intensive boot camp of seminars and hands on sessions to provide an overview of concepts and methods used to analyze multiple omics data in observational studies.

This introductory course will highlight the challenges that researchers face in integrating multi omics data sets using biological examples. the course will focus on the use of public data resources and open access tools for enabling integrated working, with an emphasis on data visualisation. Participants work through a published case control cohort — processing whole exome sequencing data, performing variant calling and acmg classification, integrating rna seq for functional.
