By deepening collaboration and nurturing mission driven leaders, we can achieve more than we have over the past 21 centuries. however, it will require everyone to embrace the vision of a better future that leaves no one behind.

Mission driven leadership is the discipline of making decisions, again and again, that align power, resources, and behaviour toward a clearly defined purpose, especially when there are strong incentives to do the opposite. Mission driven leadership means ensuring that every tangible expression of your company aligns with stated values. this alignment requires vigilance because cost pressures constantly push toward cheaper, faster, easier solutions that compromise principles. To achieve efective missions driven leadership, you must constantly reinforce the process and never lower your guard, while promoting leadership in employees so that it transcends throughout the entire organization.
