Mineral Identification Assignment Point Basic objective of this lecture is to present on mineral identification. this lecture briefly describe on physical properties used to identify minerals and here also identify minerals using physical properties such as hardness and streak. Graphite graphite is a metallic mineral commonly in metamorphic and igneous rocks. despite its looks, it is a relatively soft mineral according to the hardness scale which rates it at 1, less than 2.5.
