Microstation Report Location Microstation makes a copy of the report in your active dgn file, which you can now edit. now that we can edit the report definition, we can change the search location. in the screenshot below, you can see that i've changed that location from active file to the path to a specific file. In the following example a user would like to place a table in the design that will show the location of street lights along with their maintenance records ( item types attached to cell ). in the reports dialog ensure 'search location' settings are as required.
