The venue was commissioned by the fenway sports group in 2019 to fill the void in the city for a world class mid sized destination stage that could serve the needs of touring musical and comedy acts and reinvigorate boston’s performance infrastructure. In crafting the design, layers of light were deftly woven together. a base layer of white lighting floods the spaces and provides ample illumination for visibility. an additional layer of color changing lighting strategically places to accentuate key features while adding a contemporary flair.
