Masscreative Our Executive Director Emily Ruddock Emily ruddock is a seasoned leader with over 17 years of experience in strategic and management roles within the nonprofit sector. since 2019, she has served as the executive director of masscreative, an organization dedicated to building a more vibrant and inclusive creative sector in massachusetts through advocacy, leadership development. Emily ruddock brings 15 years of experience in strategic and management positions for non profit arts organizations, including working as the first director of the city of lynn’s downtown cultural district.

Emily ruddock (ar 730 – political and public advocacy for the arts) is the executive director of mass creative. mass creative is the statewide arts and cultural advocacy organization, and has been one of the most effective arts advocacy organizations in the nation since its founding in 2012.
