Mogotho campsite is brilliant for wildlife viewing, in our experience better than in chobe or moremi parks proper. we have seen lion, wild dog, eagle and huge elephant numbers from the campsite. Beside the khwai river itself was fine, but there were a lot of elephants, crocs and hippos. some of its tributaries were none to shallow, so i would commend caution and 4 wheel drive and a snorkel as mandatory.
