Radcom Rspdx Review Article Now Available Sdrplay When i started looking on the sdrplay website, i noticed that they had a brand new model out called the rspdx so i decided to take a closer look at it. the rspdx is a replacement for the rsp2 range. The sdrplay rspdx is a 14 bit single tuner sdr receiver with continuous coverage from 1 khz up to 2 ghz. three input connectors, an ample array of software selectable front end filters and an external reference clock input make it stand out compared to other sdr receivers on the market.

I’m curious how the rspdx compares with the airspy hf discovery (which is much better on lw than the original, unmodded hf ). i have an airspy hf (bought in early 2018) that i’ve used a fair amount, and a discovery that i’m just beginning to use. I don't have a new rspdx with which to do an a b comparison with my rsp2 pro, but these appear to be significant, albeit incremental, improvements to an already great product. it's nice to see that the folks at sdrplay are continuing to improve upon the limitations of an sdr receiver.
