The monthly lightning talks were a platform to give teams @ wmf and in the community the opportunity to showcase a milestone, recent and exciting developments, or releases to the rest of the foundation and the movement as a whole, as these talks will be open to our communities. A lightning talk session can easily accommodate up to 10 speakers in one hour (not including q&a). a series of lightning talks can be among the most memorable portions of a workshop, provided the speakers are sufficiently well prepared with quality, relevant content.
