Local Roots Farm Csa Our annual crop plan centers around creating a well balanced csa box each week of the season. we aim to provide a mix of salad items, hearty greens, onions and garlic, fresh herbs, root vegetables, and seasonal delights like tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucumbers, winger squash and brussels sprouts. A csa allows us to share the benefits and challenges of farming with our customers. by purchasing a share of our crop at the beginning of the season, csa members increase our cash flow in the beginning of the season when expenses are high and revenue is low.
