Hackney living streets submitted its walking manifesto to hackney candidates in the 2018 local election campaign. the manifesto sets out its demand and vision for a cleaner, greener, happier, healthier hackney. Our waltham forest group on their work leading wellbeing walks, and how they impacted changes being made to their streets for those who need it most. in collaboration with stanley arts, croydon living streets group has been running our voice our streets workshops, developing a community playbook. Living streets association started its pilot study in 2011. through ongoing modification on the approaches of engaging with residents and local groups in diverse urban communities, we believe a friendly street is the foundation for a friendly community.
