Living Labs Plan Eat Project Living labs are user centred, open innovation ecosystems, operating as close as possible to local stakeholders and target population groups. plan’eat will carry out its project activities in 9 living labs across europe, each targeting a specific population group. The plan'eat project has also released a comprehensive toolbox. it defines a joint methodology that covers the essential elements involved in setting up a living lab, and meets several objectives: to bring together relevant stakeholders; to support the set up and management of the living labs and facilitate interactions; to ensure stakeholder.

Living Labs Plan Eat Project This toolbox is designed to support the plan’eat living labs leaders in creating, developing, and maintaining their living labs (ll) in a sustainable matter. The project began in september 2022 and will last four years, including a regional component, the “plan’eat kids” living laboratory led by unh researchers. the impact of the food system's functioning on climate, biodiversity, and health necessitates its evolution. Plan’eat has 9 living labs and 1 policy lab in: attica. on our way to transforming food systems!. The project family has played a crucial role in establishing food system living labs in over 50 city regions across 21 countries, which have become essential structures for extending eu funds and initiatives to local communities and governments in a targeted and impactful manner.
