Level Of Effectiveness Of Online Teaching And Learning In Facilitating This study used the descriptive survey method of research since it was the most suitable to use in determining the perceived level of effectiveness of online teaching and learning in facilitating instruction for grade one learners in the four selected public elementary schools in district i, division of pasig city. Results indicated that the majority, approximately 75%, of the students demonstrated better performance when employing digital learning strategies compared to traditional methods.
