Legacy Programme Dgmt The programme takes transitioning leaders through a process that helps them to prepare for transitions for the benefit of the organisation and civil society as a whole. the programme aims to grow and expand the service to more civil society organisations in the years to come. This brief offers evidence for this claim by articulating the wide range of outcomes to which the legacy programme contributed.
Legacy Programme Dgmt Legacy delivered tailor made support to 11 leaders and their organisations over an active period of about a year. the total investment (including fees paid by leaders’ organisations, kind contributions from footsteps, and dgmt finance) per organisation was less than r100 000. Legacy was a two year pilot, facilitated by footsteps and dgmt, and involving a community of 11 carefully selected leaders from south african civil society organisations (csos). It was prepared by warren banks & carol ann foulis in collaboration with participating leaders and the legacy design and facilitation team. This report offers evidence for this claim by articulating the wide range of outcomes to which the legacy programme contributed.
