This article reports on a large scale (n = 987), exploratory factor analysis study incorporating various concepts identified in the literature as critical success factors for online learning from the students’ perspective, and then determines their hierarchical significance. The overall objective of this study was to examine traditional, on campus students’ perceptions about their experiences with online learning as a result of the covid 19 pandemic, and how these perceptions related to students’ learning styles and personalities.
