Learning Hub Sense Scotland Our learning hub is a three year programme for school leavers with additional support needs. we provide registered care services for adults and children with communication support needs. Our learning hub is an innovative, post school education programme of people aged 18 21 with additional needs. as we prepare for the hub's second year, we're excited to expand our team and continue our impactful work within the community. Learning alliance is a consortia of third sector interfaces and organisations, which has responsibility for providing training through the learning hub. we work with young people and adults to ensure learning is transferable between our organisations. At the learning hub we will deliver high quality learning and support that is right for your child. learning will take place in small groups of no more than five in order to ensure each learner gets the dedicated time they require.

The team have decided to the big stroll, with one of our team members really pushing themselves by doing the mighty stride. we want to do the kiltwalk 2025 for the experience to bring the team together again and to raise funds for sense scotland. The service is registered to provide a care service to a maximum of 25 young people, up to their 23rd birthday, who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and sensory impairment. the building where the service is based contains a number of rooms used for a range of activities. Our programme of support and learning is holistic and works with the learner to address their current lived experience e.g., homelessness, problematic drug and alcohol misuse, enduring poor mental health, criminality, domestic violence and poverty. Sense scotland learning hub is a new post school education service aimed at young people aged 18 21 who have left or are leaving school with complex additional support needs.
