Luke Staddon Is Fundraising For Mind There is so much advice out there these days on how to be the most efficient you can be, on how to optimise your time, or on how to be more productive. it creates a feeling of pressure to be getting something done at all times and at all costs. but everyone needs rest. It sounds obvious to say, but you can’t truly understand a job role if you’re not doing it yet so often we are quick to make decisions for others as if we do truly know what life in their shoes is like. this blog is a very personal reflection on leadership and the cost of losing touch.
