We implement youth led service projects addressing local needs, fostering a sense of responsibility and practical problem solving skills. we train participants to become trainers, creating a multiplier effect where each graduate impacts at least two additional youths.

Below we explain how student voice increases student engagement, enhances education systems, and improves student outcomes. we also share three strategies to support schools and community organizations with gathering student voice data. We believe in the power of learning and knowledge as an engine for change, and that learning together, with and across communities, can only happen where there is mutual respect.
