Faculties Ise The department of information science and engineering (ise) came into existence in the year 2000. the program is affiliated to visvesvaraya technological university (vtu) belagavi, karnataka, approved by aicte, new delhi and accredited by nba. Established in 1999, the department of information science & engineering at nie mysuru is a dynamic hub at the technological forefront, dedicated to excellence in computing and innovation.

Historically, ise is associated with computer science, data science, psychology, technology, or intelligence agencies. the department of information science and engineering is approved by aicte from the academic year 1992 93 with an intake of 30 students.
