You can access all the previous additional colors in sketch portion of the ios 11 notes app. when in the ios notes app, create a new note. in the bottom right corner, there are 3 small circular icons. tap the circular (plus) icon. a menu appears. tap add sketch. when you do this, the entire ipad fills with the entire screen as a sketch pad.
