Under the project, the tfcos will ensure that children have the access to safe and quality education during the pandemic through the provision of educational and school materials; capacity building for parents, teachers, and community volunteers; and psycho social support for school aged children. The relief operation and children’s activities were made possible through the help of the crc ilocos outreach program, local leaders of gabriela women’s party and the ilocos center for research, empowerment and development (icred).
