When exploring i don t knowwhat to do with my hands, it's essential to consider various aspects and implications. I never knowwhat to do with my hands/arms! So my question is, what can I do with my arms to have more confident body language? Are there any tricks or things I can do? I know, when I'm at home alone, I am not thinking about my arms, and this is of course the state I should be in, but I can't not think about it, and the more I try, the more I do.
