Humber Polytechnic Students And Their Peers From Ucl University College Students from humber polytechnic and ucl university college in denmark took their online global learning collaboration into the real world when the danish students came to canada for a week as part of a three week hybrid project. This fall, humber students in its bachelor of social science addictions and mental health and bachelor of community development programs were matched with their counterparts from denmark studying social education and social work. Humber college students and staff have returned home from a trip to denmark, where they collaborated with peers from ucl university college, with a whole new perspective. The three week coil brought together students from our bachelor of addictions and mental health program with students from ucl’s social work, social education and teacher education programs, to work on developing a case study analysis with interventions from both canada and denmark.

Students can broaden their experience by spending a semester living and studying in a partner institution abroad. academic exchange opportunities are based on a formal agreement between humber and a comparable academic institution abroad.
