Home Taking Root Farms Taking root farms is more than just a farm rural day habilitation community. it's a place where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (i dd) can grow, learn, and thrive. our story begins with two moms who wanted more for their sons and their community. We help our partners create forest carbon removals by growing trees with smallholder farmers. built from our years of first hand experience, we give our partners the technology and support to develop scalable forest carbon projects with smallholder farmers.
