Home Bccic The british columbia council for international cooperation (bccic) is a coalition of people working in solidarity with partners across the world working to improve their own conditions. Our 2024 booklist weaves an intricate tapestry of stories, knowledge, and perspectives that will captivate individuals interested in social justice, decolonization, solidarity, feminism, human rights, and global citizenship. A bccic member is an organization, group, private entity or individual based in british columbia who supports projects overseas and or promotes an understanding of sustainable development and global citizenship through related work within the province. Through bccic's panel and roundtable, acic's idw reading lists, and ncgc's town hall, there was no shortage of storytelling, resource sharing, and connecting in 2019.
