High School Partnerships Bcit All participants, both the high school mentees and bcit mentors, received their final business case study for the fairmont yvr airport and developed a recruitment campaign to reach potential employees. Bcit's next steps for the program will be to help renovate high school classrooms, update their equipment and provide instructors. as well, the money will be used to cover safety gear, tools, textbooks and necessary transportation costs. Find information on applying to a high school partnership program, taking the trades entry assessment test, obtaining a letter of verification of enrolment, and getting learning support through accessibility services. All of our partnerships are designed to ensure that high school students are able to seamlessly transition into post secondary education and involve career exploration and personalized learning opportunities within an applied hands on educational model. This competition was started in response to a need from the burnaby school district for high school students to learn about the triple bottom line framework while acquiring skills for professional business cases and receiving mentorship from post secondary students in the field. Trades, technical & apprenticeships learn more about bcit high school partnerships in trades, technical, and apprenticeship programs and contact us to discover how your students can participate. At the classroom teacher’s convenience, high school instructors can book times for bcit instructors to talk about specific industries, jobs, and programs, providing high school students with knowledge to help them make important decisions about their futures.
