Heterodox academy’s mike and sofia segal center for academic pluralism closed its first academic year with a special workshop that brought together its 2023 24 visiting faculty and postdoctoral research fellows with the 2024 25 incoming fellows.

The mike & sofia segal center at hxa hosted a seminar marking its first year featuring inaugural and incoming fellows. In addition to the center for academic pluralism, the academy has a new campus community network that aims to organize hxa members at their own campuses to advocate for heterodoxy. Thanks to generous support from the mike and sofia segal foundation, the templeton religion trust, and other donors, heterodox academy’s segal center for academic pluralism is pleased to invite applications for its research fellowship program for the 2025 2026 academic year. Membership was initially open to tenured and pre tenure professors, but has been expanded to a range of other faculty ranks (including career full time as well as adjunct part time), and non faculty positions such as graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
