I think the anti cheat software just doesn't detect the update yet as safe correct so it doesn't run. there seems to be a timing issue between people getting access to the update, and the anti cheat whitelisting the game and allowing the game to run. Hey y'all i found a fix that worked for me, i deleted dota through steam and then installed it again from 0, and afterwards the error doesn't appear when i queue anymore and i can get into my server.
