Help With Interactive Prototype Scroll Interaction Figma Forum My prototype consist of a frame with two components that have seperate flows. i would like it to be so that when one flow ends the user is able to click a button (or something else if that helps) in the final variant of the first component and then it scrolls down to the next component. Sometimes i want something in my prototype to happen after scrolling past a particular element — but there isn't a native way to create it. two examples which come to mind are a fixed header bar that appears after scrolling down, and a button for scrolling to the top of the page.

Scroll Interaction Figma Why would you want to scroll when all elements seem to fit perfectly in one page? plus, it does move. remove the fix position of the element in the middle. Scroll snap is a really nice ux feature in modern mobile applications when it’s done correctly. by default you cannot create this effect in figma prototype settings. but thankfully, nowadays. State management allows us to maintain object properties and states when navigating in and across frames when playing prototypes—and can apply to scroll position, interactive components, and videos. I’m testing my app prototype on an actual phone using figma mirror, meaning there are no mouse events! so i would really love an “on scroll” interaction (or maybe “on leave enter viewport”) to e.g. hide the navbar when the user scrolls down.

Although having a group can classify the frames more intuitively, dragging the frame out of the group enables me to use the interaction features again. you’ve helped me solve the big problem that has been bothering me!. I’ve been working on a large prototype to demonstrate the behavior of a sticky navigation on mobile. the idea is that the navigation disappears when scrolling down but reappears when scrolling up—showing a different version upon scroll. A scrollable (clickable) list of items triggers the interaction even if a fixed element overlaps it. additionally, this bug occurs even if that overlaping element has a “tap → none”. Hello everyone, recently we have noticed strange behavior of interaction areas in some prototypes. for example, it happens more often that interaction areas of a button are no longer on the button itself after scrolling in the prototype, but are moved somewhere in the prototype.
