Healthy Practice Gpmplus The healthy practice programme provides you with support and tools to bring about positive change within your teams. it also requires input and commitment from within the practice for it to be successful. This course will provide practical tools and techniques to build team resilience, appreciating current gaps in resilience, identifying how to use limited resources for maximum benefit and helping help to develop a healthy practice as a great place to work and be a patient.

There are a number of gpmplus wellbeing courses planned for october to december. ranging from dealing with burnout to practice finances, these courses are fully funded and available to gps, partners, practice managers and practice staff. they are all delivered by experienced gps and practice managers. There is the option for practices to purchase additional elements such as education tailored and delivered to your team only, or purchasing additional facilitation time, for example support from a healthy practice facilitator to plan and deliver a team away day.
