Four Greene County Ctc Culinary Students Had The Opportunity To Work At Greene county career & technology center (gcctc) is the technical center serving local area students for over 40 years. Through this program, students will learn safety and sanitation in the workplace, basic culinary skills and knowledge, and basic management and financial operations for various parts of the foodservice industry.

The food truck, featuring a commercial grade kitchen, offers students a chance to gain culinary, financial, and entrepreneurial experience. ctc eats is expected to begin operations at the end of may, participating in school and community events, as well as providing support during emergencies.
