Green Community Foundation Our primary purpose is to facilitate healing, empowerment, and education to our youth, senior citizens, and veterans, by utilizing music, outdoor resources and community ambassadors. our programs will also interchange and connect with one another for maximum potential of these goals. The dallas community foundation was established in 1995 by a group of individuals who shared a common vision of a local fund that could give back to the dallas community. To improve the lives of all people in our community by investing in their health, wealth, living, and learning. we work toward this by growing community giving, expanding community impact, and advancing community equity. Gcf aims to divert waste from landfills by promoting segregation at source, on site composting and recycling in communities, and creating successful urban and rural waste management models.
