Goliat Fpso Profiled The goliat field, located ~85 km northwest of hammerfest in the barents sea, was discovered in 2000 and is developed with a sevan 1000 fpso. reservoirs occur in the kobbe and realgrunnen formations, containing oil with associated gas. Goliat was discovered in 2000, and the plan for development and operation (pdo) was approved in 2009. the field is developed with a cylindrical floating production, storage and offloading facility (sevan 1000 fpso).

In 2015, dockwise transported eni’s goliat fpso from hhi’s yard in korea to a location in the region of hammerfest norway. the goliat fpso is operated by eni for oil production of the goliat field located offshore northern norway in sub arctic conditions.
