Golems Heroscapers I messed around with some swamp thing (ii) builds as suggested, because he could make the tree golems into effective lockdown units. but i struggled to get anything that felt like it would work, because moving the tree golems up kept being an issue. While this army isn't particularly large, two iron golems advancing on your 4th 10th serves as a great distraction for kurrok to bring in that firestorm everybody was so afraid of when he was previewed. I've been playing a couple of iron golems against my son for the past week and really like them. i like the sculpts, i like their size and their stats are good too 6 attack and defense. and for some weird reason they keep rolling devastating attacks. i'm getting lots of 3 & 4's for attacks. Sure, you won't wound the iron golem, but you will wound a maximum of one opposing figure in stead of two. the beauty of hitting the ig with explosion attacks is that it can potentially increase the number of targets you hit, as opposed to decreasing it.
