Took an estimated 5 years of effort (cocomo model) starting with its first commit in november, 2015 ending with its most recent commit over 3 years ago. This repository contains two algorithms that generate toolpaths for cnc machines: a zigzag toolpath for rectangular shapes and a spiral toolpath for circular shapes. these algorithms use parametric equations to define the toolpaths in 2d geometry. the toolpaths are animated using matplotlib and can be controlled with sliders for various parameters.
