We are thrilled to announce the launch of the regio1st planning framework tutorial video series, now accessible to energy planners and sustainability experts throughout europe. By using the regio1st planning framework, planners can address the challenges of energy planning, develop strategies that maximize the benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy, and create a sustainable, resilient, and economically viable energy future for their communities. Regio1st, a project co funded by the eu life programme, aims to raise awareness about the energy efficiency first principle (ee1st) among regional authorities and their agencies, as well as support them to incorporate this in decisions related to energy planning. This comprehensive video series presents an 8 stage framework designed to support six regional authorities in applying ee1st effectively within their energy planning processes. A detailed study of the patterns and processes followed by the stakeholders involved in regional energy planning throughout the six participating regions in regio1st has been conducted during this stage of implementation of the project.
