This study aimed to develop a site based learning media with gamification components in the algorithm and programming courses in the informatics engineering education study program. That are more interactive, engaging and motivating for the introductory programming course. therefore, this paper seeks to identify and extract the suitable gamification framework, principles and elements to be emplo. ed in a gamified online.
