Fosdem 2023 Event Egeniq See You There Since 2000, kangaroot linux & open source solutions designs, implements, maintains & supports it infrastructures based on open source throughout the benelux. Fosdem is the biggest free and non commercial event organized by and for the community. its goal is to provide free and open source developers a place to meet. fosdem 2023 will be held on 4 5 february. attendance is free. the event is easily reachable by public transportation. for details, see below. What i will retain from fosdem is the diversity of the stands and the public, and an impeccable organization of fosdem, from the stand organizer’s point of view. to be able to meet in real life the people whom we discuss and work every day for jenkins, (oleg, alexander, …) is a real pleasure. We also explored the possibility of having our own manjaro stand for fosdem 2024. nothing is confirmed at this time but we will continue to discuss this idea. additionally, we had the opportunity to meet with codeweavers and pine64 to discuss project ideas and hear about their current work.

Every year i'm looking forward to fosdem. it's a great place to meet interesting enthusiastic people from all corners of the world and have endless chats, ask questions and encourage yourself to be part of it.
