Form Check R Powerbuilding My pr for 160kg is 6 reps, but usually i use cross grip and chalk for weights this heavy. i recently started to switch to overhand grip with straps, and already managed to pull 190kg this way as well. I did 160 kg for 5 i was one rep away from dying 🙂 not qualified to speak to 350, when i only do 300 quarter squat. but if i judge with lower weight experience, i noticed a butt wink on the first rep when you tried to meet depth. you need more mobility and hamstring foam rolling.
