Fnb Financial Center Advantus Engineers Advantus was the sustainability consultant and commissioning agent for the 26 story fnb financial center that achieved gold under leed v4 building design and construction: core and shell. Designed by the women owned advantus engineering, the f.n.b. financial center incorporates numerous green initiatives: energy efficiency: state of the art hvac and air filtration systems, efficient lighting, and substantial natural light from floor to ceiling windows.
Fnb Financial Center Advantus Engineers Using efficient hvac and lighting systems, as well as environmentally conscious building materials and an electric vehicle charging system, is a key part of the building’s design by advantus engineering, a woman owned firm in the pittsburgh region. Unlike others who bury their amenities in uninspiring basement, we offer an exclusive space with panoramic city views, featuring an outdoor patio, a sleek lounge, and a full fitness facility with european gym equipment, including technogym machines. Fnb worked closely with the development team, which includes the buccini pollin group and the pittsburgh penguins, to ensure that the construction of fnb financial center achieved its high goals for participation by minority and women owned businesses (30 percent and 15 percent, respectively).
