It actually worked the first time lol. it started at 9.3v .the inductor and capacitor bank really stabilized the voltage to a constant 19v and the mosfets barely got warm even without a heatsink. the potentiometer scales the voltage from 3v 14.3v . next i'm gonna work on adding an auto off and try to find a way to get an extra volt or two out.
