My expertise lies in the renewable energy sector, specifically research and analysis, project management, and program design. my research and work experience has been shaped by design thinking that exists as local knowledge in communities. Aritra, the leadership accelerator program (incubated and run for 3 years by the indian institute of management, bangalore, phicus and dr. reddy’s foundation) for senior social sector leaders has reinforced the need for capacity building in the areas of leadership, organization and partnerships. This programme is offered by iimb, in partnership with dr. reddy’s foundation and phicus social solutions. the programme uses a multi pronged approach to learning, through the use of a combination of sessions, peer exchanges, learning with practitioners, experiential learning and self study.
