Entry Points For Mainstreaming Ecosystem Based Adaptation Eba This learning brief is a result of a learning and dialogue workshop, including three technical sessions, held within the 2nd international eba community of practice workshop 2017. From 2011 to 2015, the global ecosystem based adaptation (eba) in mountain ecosystems programme (hereafter referred to as the programme) has been testing eba measures in pilot mountain sites in the himalayan foothills of nepal, the andes in peru and mount elgon in uganda.
